REFUNDS & STORE CREDIT
Millstone Market & Nursery will accept returns on full-priced merchandise within fourteen (14) days of receipt for online store credit only. All sale items are final sale and not eligible for return. All jewelry sales are final, no refunds, returns, or exchanges.
Items that are custom made and/or made to order are NOT eligible for returns or cancellations once ordered. Concrete planters, monogrammed aprons, monogrammed linens, all Campania and Elegant Earth items, etc. Please check your dimensions, chosen color, style and initial options before purchasing.
Items may be returned for online store credit only, minus the cost of the shipping return label. Please reach out to us to initiate the return process by emailing shop@millstonenursery.com. We will supply a return label for you to use in mailing it back to us.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not via email. If approved, you’ll receive a store credit for your purchase for use on millstonenursery.com.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective, or damaged. If the item is damaged or defective we will supply a return label for return back to our store. Once we receive the damaged/defective item, we will send a replacement or supply a refund.
If you received the wrong item please contact us asap at shop@millstonenursery.com.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
To report a claim, you can contact us at shop@millstonenursery.com or call 901-422-4990. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants) or custom/made-to-order products (such as special orders or personalized items). Additionally, ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. ALL JEWELRY SALES ARE FINAL.
