REFUNDS & STORE CREDIT

Millstone Market & Nursery will accept returns on full-priced merchandise within fourteen (14) days of receipt for online store credit only. All sale items are final sale and not eligible for return. 

Items may be returned for online store credit only minus the cost of the shipping return label. Please reach out to us to initiate the return process by emailing shop@millstonenursery.com. We will supply a return label for you to use in mailing it back to us.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not via email. If approved, you’ll receive store credit for your purchase for use on millstonenursery.com.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

To report a claim, you can contact us at shop@millstonenursery.com or call 901-422-4990. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants) or custom/made-to-order products (such as special orders or personalized items). Additionally, ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE
