This urn and accompanying pedestal (sold separately) were inspired by ancient times. The column pedestal was dreamt up by the ancient Greeks and later widely adopted by the Romans in 2 AD, and the urn shapes that we reference date back to as early as 7000 BC. This piece is a statement on its own or can be coupled with other styles to further elevate a space.
