"I felt guilty spending this much on a little fountain, but I have to admit, I love it. It's right outside my office window on the table between our Adirondack chairs. My desk is against the window, so I glance at it all day. The squirrels haven't found it yet, but the birds love drinking out of it and some even take a bath. I top it off with water every morning and unplug it at night, so it is not maintenance free and of course you need to have an outlet nearby or extension cord setup. But it's worth figuring that stuff out in my opinion because it provides entertainment during my workday. I recommend it if you can enjoy its location for a decent amount of time and you don't mind topping it off with water daily and unplugging it at night (you might not have to do this - I'm afraid the water might evaporate and burn the motor). My husband did curse some putting it together so I showed him the YouTube video."
